In addition to his efforts at Gateway Partners, Vance also owns Advance Construction Services LLC a MBE certified construction managment firm; Advance Energy LLC a MBE certified fuel distribution firm and MetroEdge Technologies a MBE certified data center real estate development firm focused on developing in umderserved communities. His firms have completed numerous construction projects and wholesale procurement opportunities throughout the region.
